purple people cogsThis report presents the findings of a survey conducted by CAF Research, into what the general public and CAF individual customers think charities could do differently to weather the recession. The survey was conducted during March and June 2009.

The report covers the key messages offered to charities by recipients, and these are presented in context with the most recent third sector and government initiatives and developments, to give an indication to charities of what changes might already be possible for them to make. The aim is to assist charities with their planning in the period after the recession.
