Promoting Give As You Earn
When it comes to fundraising Give As You Earn is
an excellent way for employees to give. Rather than putting cash
into a collection, employees can make tax-efficient donations and
raise even more for charity.
The key to making your Give As You Earn scheme a success is to
regularly promote it to your staff.
You may want to consider using a Professional
Fundraising Organisation (PFO) to help you or you may
prefer to run your own internal promotions.
Using a PFO
PFOs are contracted by charities to recruit Give As You Earn
donors. Using a PFO can be a great way of letting your employees
know about your Give As You Earn scheme and the charities they can
support.
If you would like help implementing your campaign, find out
about using CAF's fundraising team, Sharing the Caring at
no cost to you. Just call

Running an internal promotion
If you would rather run your own promotion to
your employees, then we have a step-by-step
guide on how to make it successful. We also have all
the tools you need. Whether it's posters or donor instruction
forms, they are all available to download here for free.
If you'd like to go a step further with your promotion,
paid for items such as balloons, notepads,
lanyards and pens are available too.
Matching schemes
Boost your scheme promotion and increase the value of your
employees' giving. If your company is planning to match
employees’ donations, or cover the administration
fees for them, make sure you let your staff know!
