Winchester Hospital Radio

Winchester Hospital Radio, which is based at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester, is a small independent charity, entirely staffed by volunteers. We visit patients on the wards for a chat, asking them for music requests. Each evening we produce around 2 hours of live programming exclusively for the patients of the RHCH. The remainder of the day, we currently broadcast easy-listening music, but are working towards broadcasting a full variety of programmes all day.
