Crossroads Christian Counselling Service

We work with adults on low incomes and children in Tower Hamlets who have enduring emotional and mental health difficulties. Through a relationship of trust and safety, we aim to help them recover from distress, pain or trauma; find ways in which they are more able to manage their lives: improve their relationships; feel better about themselves, and have hope for their future.
