Hospice Care Kenya

The charity was set up in 1991 to promote the development of the hospice movement in Kenya. Currently seven hospices are supported and others are in prospect. Our emphasis has been to support the training of doctors and nurses. As well as being fundamental to the provision of palliative care it also maximises the effect of our donation as trained medics go on to train others, such as health workers.
