The Listening Centre

The Listening Centre (TLC) was set up in 1993 to offer a counselling service to people in Blackbird Leys and surrounding areas of Oxford who are on limited incomes and otherwise unable to afford the services of a counsellor. We have around 20 volunteer counsellors operating to professional standards of practice and accountability (BACP) in a supportive and participatory organisational structure.
