Children Walking Tall

Children Walking Tall supports the children who either live in the slums or on the streets in Goa. There are thousands of children who live in these conditions in Goa alone. Some children come with their families, others are orphans or runaways that are trying to escape the horrors of both physical and sexual abuse. Most are malnourished, have poor health and are expected to work as soon as they can walk. Some children work by 'rag picking', others sell plastic bags in the market.
