Community First makes an important difference to people and places across Wiltshire and Swindon. Our mission is ‘Championing local communities in Wiltshire and Swindon’ As a local charity we make sure that vital community facilities and services are provided including village and community halls, play grounds and sports facilities, youth clubs, village shops, local councils, community voice and engagement, community transport and Link schemes. The people that make it happen are at the heart of any community and we support the volunteers who give their time to make sure that services are well managed and run safely.
