On 1st April 2011 Age UK Sevenoaks and Age Concern Tonbridge merged to become Age UK Sevenoaks &Tonbridge. Both charities had served their communities for over sixty years. Our aim is to improve later life for everyone and to make it a fulfilling and enjoyable experience by offering a range of services to older people in the community.
