Help the Homeless aims to help homeless people off the streets and enable them to live healthy, independent lives. We give grants to small, grassroots charities working with the most vulnerable people in their communities. Our funding supports homeless adults, families, young people and children all over the UK to get back on their feet. We rely on donations to continue this vital work and would be so grateful for your support - please help us reach more people in desperate need.
