That's where we come in.
The Sunday Times Giving Index, sponsored by CAF, allows us to
see beyond how much money people have and focus on how they
choose to spend their fortune.
The Giving Index looks at the extent and impact of social
investment among the very wealthiest people in society. And it
provides a unique benchmark against which any one of us can measure
our own charitable giving.
In a country where the poorest 10% of us give 3%
of our income while the wealthiest 10% give just
1%, we need to understand these trends in giving so that
we can encourage others to step up to the collecting plate.
