CAF’s new 0300 numbers have been launched
On 1 October we
launched our new range of 0300 telephone numbers. These replace all
of our old 01732 and 0207 numbers, providing you with a centralised
point of contact for CAF.
The 0300 numbers are non-geographic and are part of the range of
dedicated not-for-profit and public sector telephone numbers
recently created by Ofcom.
Telephone providers treat 0300 numbers in the same way as 01 and
02 numbers, so calls to CAF on our new 0300 numbers will cost you
no more than a national call. They also count towards any inclusive
(“free”) minutes you may be entitled to and will receive any
discount schemes you may have in your existing package (such as
Friends and Family type schemes).
Our key numbers are now:
- CAF switchboard/Customer Services - 03000 123 000
- CAF main fax - 03000 123 001
- CAF Bank - 03000 123 456
- Trusts - 03000 123 028
