GILLIAN BALDRY, CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER, CAF BANK

Gill is a member of the Bank Executive and is accountable for the oversight of CAF Bank’s IT services.  This includes ensuring positive customer experiences with our IT solutions, appropriate IT service availability and risk management, as well as IT change, delivering product and infrastructure enhancements to protect our IT systems and delivery of new functionality to our customers and colleagues. She is also accountable for the business technology strategy, shaping the future of CAF Bank’s technology and how it will enable the realisation of the business’ strategic objectives.

Gill was previously the CIO of M&S Bank. Prior to that, she undertook a range of IT leadership roles within HSBC, in the UK, Asia and South America. Gill’s experience encompasses IT operations, project management, relationship management and software performance testing, as well as leading teams delivering large scale infrastructure projects and transformation projects to new target operating models.
