We are looking for an experienced and qualified individual to ensure appropriate compliance and risk obligations are designed, embedded and adhered to across our firm. Reporting into the Compliance Manager, you will undertake the firms compliance monitoring, regulatory horizon scanning, provide regulatory and technical advice to Senior Management, and will lead the implementation and embedding of the firms risk management framework.

 We are looking for:

  • Financial services technical compliance experience relating to investments and retail banking, in particular the Financial Conduct Authority rules.
  • A background of developing and leading compliance monitoring programmes.
  • Risk Management and Operational Risk Experience and embedding this into organisations.
  • Experience of communicating to Board and Executive level.

You will work within a small risk and compliance team, critical to the running of the firm and will be a key contact for any compliance and risk issues.
