About the job:
Reporting directly to the Development Manager, you will be working as a Technical Lead Developer within one of our Agile Scrum teams delivering business initiative projects in line with CAF’s strategic product roadmap. You will facilitate the translation of Architecture roadmaps into working solutions in line with our Architectural Design Principals to ensure consistency in our approach to all new initiatives. You will be passionate about technology and lead by example to ensure continuous improvement of our development best practices and processes. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the evolution of our future technology strategy as we transition to Azure.

About you:
The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a similar role or solid experience within a senior development role.
  • A solid background delivering Agile projects as part of a scrum/agile team
  • A passion for continued self-development in line with emerging development technology changes.
  • An enthusiasm to be innovative.
  • The ability to provide complex technical consultation with proven problem solving skills.
  • The ability to provide leadership and mentoring to team members.
