PROFILE

Steph is a strategic advisor and accomplished speaker who leads CAF's advisory service for charities and donors, over-seeing a number of grant-making programmes operating across Europe and the UK.

She advises organisations and individuals how to maximise the impact of their giving on behalf of the charitable sector, and supports charities to make the most of their funds and become resilient organisations.

Working across a broad range of charities and social enterprises, Steph and her team are experts in philanthropy as well as charitable governance and strategy and income diversification.

Prior to joining CAF, Steph held a variety of business development and management roles in small and large charities and has experience in impact measurement, evaluation and external
