Angus Macfarlane

Angus is CAF’s Group Transformation Director. His vast expertise in organisational transformation strategy, coupled with his technical expertise and commercial acumen have been crucial in his success to date.

Angus has over 25 years of driving and implementing enterprise solutions for top tier organisations. He specialises in creating innovative, cost-effective digital strategies and change programmes. He has successfully designed these to meet the complex challenges of complex customer segments, while maximising the efficient delivery of high-value, sustainable outcomes. Angus has several years of experience working at a CxO level, across Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities, Charities and FMCG sectors, in the UK, South America, Asia and Europe.

Previously he has worked for Pathfinder Consulting, National Australia Group, Hewlett-Packard, Procter & Gamble and Lepra (British Leprosy Association).

Angus has also contributed to charitable leadership as a former Non-Executive Director of both Penumbra, one of Scotland’s largest Mental Health charities, and C-Level, an NHS partner focussed on addressing the issue of Hepatitis C.
