Tiina Lee is the Chief Executive Officer, UK and Ireland for Deutsche Bank. She serves as the Chair of the UK Executive Committee and is responsible for all of Deutsche’s activities in the UK region and is a leading advocate on diversity and inclusion.

She has held a number of roles within Deutsche Bank running trading and capital markets businesses, advising European financial institutions on the debt and equity capital markets. Latterly she served as the Head of Global Markets, UK and Deputy CEO, UKI. She has a keen interest in Social Investment and led the creation of “DB Impact Investment Fund” the first fund of its type to be set up by a bank in the UK.

Tiina began her 30 year career in investment banking at Hill Samuel Bank and Lehman Brothers. She was a founder member of the Competitor Diversity Forum, an industry group created to share best practice for the recruitment, promotion and retention of women in investment banking. She also serves on the board of trustees of Donmar Warehouse Projects.
