Tiina Lee is Head of Global Markets, UK and Deputy CEO UK at Deutsche Bank. She is the Vice-Chair of the UK Executive Committee and is responsible for oversight and governance of Deutsche’s activities in the UK region. She has a keen interest in Social Investment and led the creation of “DB Impact Investment Fund” the first fund of its type to be set up by a bank in the UK.

She has held a number of roles within Deutsche Bank running trading and capital markets businesses, advising European financial institutions on the debt and equity capital markets. Latterly she served as Chief Operating Officer, UK.

Tiina began her 25 year career in investment banking at Hill Samuel Bank and Lehman Brothers. She was a founder member of the Competitor Diversity Forum, an industry group created to share best practice for the recruitment, promotion and retention of women in investment banking.
