Anisha leads CAF’s advisory work with charities and is committed to nurturing social organisations to achieve impact at scale.
She comes with significant experience across UK and India. Her work focuses on building organisation resilience, strategy and impact, enabling partnerships and fundraising.


Prior to joining CAF, Anisha worked at the Youth Endowment Fund, a partnership between Impetus, Early Intervention Foundation and Social Investment Business to leverage £200million over 10 years to tackle youth violence.

Her previous experience includes managing capacity building projects at Dasra, India’s leading strategic philanthropy foundation after successful stints at Teach for India and Citibank N.A. Anisha holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and graduate degree in Economics.
