CAF highly commended by WealthBriefing

1 May 2015

The Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) was "highly commended" in the philanthropy offering category of the WealthBriefing Awards held last night in central London.

The awards showcase 'best of breed' providers in the global private banking, wealth management and trusted advisor communities and were designed to recognise companies, teams and individuals which the judges deemed to have 'demonstrated innovation and excellence during 2014'.

The philanthropy offering category was won by UBS with CAF as runner up having seen off competition from the likes of NPT, HSBC and BNP Paribas.

The winners were announced at a gala awards dinner held at The Guildhall in the City of London on 30 April 2015.

CAF Philanthropy Services works with individuals, families and businesses to optimise their philanthropic impact through the provision of advisory and transactional related products and services.

David Stead, Director of Philanthropy and Development at CAF, said:

"We were delighted to be highly commended in the philanthropy offering category of the WealthBriefing Awards, especially alongside big banking operations.”

“As a charity, the social mission is integral to all we do and it is wonderful to see the finance industry putting more focus on client's broader objectives. CAF is the UK market leader in managing philanthropic capital and these awards help to raise awareness of our work helping donors and social investors to make a difference."
