CAF Bank has been
shortlisted in the Bank of the Year category at the inaugural
Charity Times Better Society Awards.
The awards have been set up to recognise commercial companies
who provide fair, safe and ethical services.
There are 19 categories in total including Pro Bono Company,
Ethical Business, Ethical Investment Fund and Technology Provider
of the Year.
CAF has been shortlisted in the Bank of the Year category
alongside highly regarded competition including Barclays, Charity
Bank, C. Hoare & Co, and Handelsbanken.
The Better Society 2015 judging panel includes Simon Gillespie,
CEO of the British Heart Foundation; Jennie Langrish, Chair of
responsible investment charity ShareAction; Paul Palmer, Professor
of Voluntary Sector Management at the Cass Business School and Matt
Richie, Editor of the Charity Times Magazine.
The awards will be presented at a gala ceremony and dinner on 14
May 2015 at the Millennium Hotel in Mayfair, London hosted by one
of the top names in comedy.
