We are delighted to announce that we
have been awarded the Investors in People Gold standard,
joining the top 7% of accredited organisations across the UK who
believe in realising the potential of their people.
We employ over 600 people across the
company and manage nearly £3bn on behalf of charities and donors
worldwide. Our mission is to motivate society to give ever more
effectively, transforming lives and communities around the world.
This award recognises our excellence in people management,
and our commitment to developing leaders and encouraging
employee engagement.
Investors in People is the UK's leading
accreditation for business improvement through people management,
and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate,
improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great
business.
