CAF contact centre 7th in top industry award

Our contact centre has been placed 7th in the Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service for 2012, a recognised industry award.

Over 100 contact centres took part in a mystery shopping exercise this summer, hoping to win one of the coveted top 50 places.

Our objective for this year, the first year that we have been involved in an award of this magnitude, was to make the Top 50 - so to be placed 7th was a phenomenal achievement by the team.
