Charity secures prestigious award for customer service

The Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) customer service team has been named among the top five call centres in Britain at a prestigious customer service awards.

The charity was named among the best contact centres at the Top 50 Companies for Customer Service Awards in London.

CAF is one of the UK’s largest charities which helps people and businesses support the causes they care about, and provides financial services designed for the charitable sector.

The CAF contact team support tens of thousands of charity donors giving through CAF Charity Accounts and CAF Charitable Trusts, and also supports thousands of companies and charities.

A total of 162 organisations took part in the competition which involved extensive mystery shopping over a two month period.

CAF was rated fourth overall - ahead of a string of landmark name companies such as ASDA, Specsavers, Arriva, Virgin Media, and Transport for London.
