CAF contributes to the Commission on the Donor Experience report

Wednesday 5 July 2017

The Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) has contributed research to the Commission on the Donor Experience report, published today, to help guide charities in giving feedback to donors.

The research can be found here:

Commenting on the launch, Ben Russell, Director of Communications at CAF, said:

“Richard Spencer and the commission team have done a great job bringing people together to produce a hugely comprehensive series of reports and we were really pleased to contribute to the work of the Commission on the Donor Experience and use CAF’s research into giving to gain insight into how people would like to hear what charities achieve after they have donated money to a good cause.

“The aim of our research programme is to support colleagues in the sector and offer them  insight into giving trends so I hope that it will help build closer, long term  relationships between people and the charities and causes they care so much about.

“Our research suggests that the things donors would most like to hear about are the people a charity helps and the impact it has had, so it is more important than ever for all of us in charities to tell the stories of the people we help and the things we make happen.”
