This “CAF Survey May 2015 Prize Draw” (the “Prize Draw”) is organised and promoted by Charities Aid Foundation, an unincorporated charitable trust registered with the charity commission under number 268369 and having its principal place of business at 25 King’s Hill Avenue, King’s Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4TA (“CAF”).

Please read the following terms and conditions for the Prize Draw.
1. Eligibility
1.1 To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must
(a) be the designated named contact of the relevant (i) charitable organisation either registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales or recognised by HMRC to have charitable status in the UK; or (ii) non-profit making organisation in the voluntary sector in England and Wales ("Organisation");
(b) be UK resident, aged 18 or over;
(c) complete CAF Survey May 2015 (the “Survey”) for and on behalf of their respective Organisation; and
(d) submit their email address after completing the Survey.
1.2 Employees or agencies of CAF or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
1.3 CAF reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and shall have the discretion to disqualify or hold void any entry without notice.

2. Entries
2.1 Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
2.2 Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
2.3 CAF accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry shall not be regarded as proof of receipt by CAF.
2.4 The closing time and date for the Prize Draw shall be 12:00 (GMT) on 3 June 2015. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
2.5 The decision of CAF on any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. The Prize
3.1 Two winners will be chosen from all valid entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process and will take place on 4 June 2015 at CAF’s principal place of business at 25 King’s Hill Avenue, King’s Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4TA.
3.2 There are two separate prizes: one star prize of £60 and one runner up prize of £30. The prizes will be in the form of donations to:-

(a) the individual winners’ respective Organisation; or

(b) such Organisations’ choice of another charitable organisation (either registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales or recognised by HMRC to have charitable status in the UK.

3.3 CAF accepts no responsibility for any taxes, duties, costs or other fees payable as a result of participation in the Prize Draw.
3.4 The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
3.5 CAF retains the right to substitute any of the prizes with another prize of similar value without prior notification to the winners.

4. Winner Announcement
4.1 The winners and their respective Organisations will be notified by email on or before 19 June 2015. The winners agree and acknowledge that CAF shall be entitled to contact and liaise with their Organisations for the purpose of arranging how the prizes are to be delivered, transmitted or made available to such Organisations. If an Organisation does not respond to CAF within 14 days of being notified by CAF, such prize will be forfeited and CAF shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have 14 days in which to respond to the notification of the win, failing which they will also forfeit their prize). If an Organisation rejects its prize or the entry is invalid or is in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and CAF shall be entitled to select another winner.

5. General
5.1 To the maximum extent permissible by law, CAF accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment of any kind whatsoever suffered by any entrant entering the Prize Draw. CAF shall not be liable for any technical problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network, computer systems or equipments, servers, internet network or system or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Prize Draw. Nothing shall exclude CAF’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
5.2 If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions becomes or is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.

5.4 CAF reserves the right to hold void, change or cancel the Prize Draw at any time without notice.
5.5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes arising hereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
