Vicki Butler

Vicki Butler

Senior Public Affairs and Policy Manager

Vicki Butler leads the Public Affairs and Policy Team. Vicki has over twelve years of experience working in public affairs and politics, including working for the Mayor of London. She previously managed a series of successful campaigns at the Law Society and the Royal Society of Chemistry, and early in her career spent time working in the third sector for a race equality charity. She holds an MSc in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics.

Public Affairs Manager

Annie works with the Public Affairs and Policy team to build support across Parliament liaising with MPs and Peers for the benefit of the charity sector. She previously worked both in-house for a further education group and within a public affairs agency representing clients from a range of sectors. Annie holds a Master’s degree in Gender, Society and Representation from University College London and a BA in International Relations from the University of Leeds.

Anna Mowbray

Anna Mowbray

Policy Manager

Anna is the Policy Manager at CAF. Her work focuses on the landscape for philanthropy and charitable giving, both within UK and cross-border. She has previously worked in policy for a trade union, and in financial services. She is completing a MsC in Public Policy at the University of Bath and holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
