SUPPORTING CUSTOMERS IMPACTED BY CORONAVIRUS

OVERDRAFTS

For our existing clients with an overdraft already in place, CAF Bank can provide these facilities interest-free to help during this challenging time. This means that we won’t charge any interest on arranged overdrafts for a period of three months, where requested. Applications for new or increased facilities will also be considered, subject to the usual credit worthiness assessment.

Our coronavirus overdraft support is a temporary measure, designed to help customers experiencing financial difficulties due to the outbreak. We encourage customers to only use their overdraft if necessary. When we withdraw this temporary support, we'll start to charge interest at the rate set out in the Fee Information Document.
