Creating an effective strategy for your charity’s finances is crucial to becoming more financially resilient into the future. It can entail various approaches, including measures such as streamlining operations, income diversification and restructuring reserves.

In fact, nearly half of charities (47%) are planning to diversify their income or make more of their reserves (43%) over the next 12 months, and around half of these cite a link to the pandemic as a cause, according to CAF’s Charity Landscape report in December 2020.
