KEEPING YOUR CAF DONATE ACCOUNT SECURE

Here's a quick reminder of your account management responsibilities relating to your Authorised Administrator(s).

Your charity administrator is nominated as an Authorised Administrator and as such, carries out the day-to-day fundraising and donation processing tasks for your online CAF Donate account.

At the registration stage your nominated individual is able to access the account through their own existing personal CAF account login, if one already exists.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR AUTHORISED ADMINISTRATOR LEAVES

It’s your organisation's responsibility to ensure that access is removed as and when the individual leaves the organisation. For more detail, please refer to the CAF Donate Terms and Conditions

How can you remove access to your profile?

  • Write to us on charity headed paper signed by an authorised signatory of the charity
  • Contact us by email from the charity’s domain
  • Ask an Authorised Administrator to contact us by email
