How to contact us if you have a complaint about any aspect of the CAF Investment Account.

The value of investments may fall as well as rise. You may not get back the full amount that you originally invested. Past performance is not a guide to future performance. There is no guarantee about the level of capital gains or income that will be generated.

COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint about the CAF Investment Account application process, or any aspect of our service relating to the CAF website (excluding the account), please complete the form below or contact us. We'll do our best to resolve your complaint quickly and fairly. We resolve the majority of complaints within four weeks, but will let you know if we need more time.

NEXT STEPS

If you’re not satisfied with our response, we’ll send you details on how to complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). This is an independent dispute resolution scheme, set up by the Financial Services Authority to settle complaints between consumers and businesses providing financial services.
