    Danny joined CAF Bank in 2017, bringing 40 years’ banking experience across various sectors including Corporate, Commercial, Charities and Social Housing.

    He has been providing private finance solutions to the Scottish Social Housing sector since 1999, as well as having served as a volunteer on Housing Association and Credit Union Boards.

    Stephanie has previously worked in cash management at Citigroup for more than 17 years. She's also worked as a self employed photographer and has spent a lot of time volunteering and fundraising for local charities.

    Stephanie joined us in December 2019 and is excited to use her financial background and passion for charitable causes.

    After graduating with a Geography (BSc Hons) degree from Nottingham University and a career in the private sector, Stuart joined the voluntary sector in 2003. He’s worked with a wide variety of charities including the Jubilee Sailing Trust, Missing People and Sense Scotland, helping them to achieve their business goals through some very challenging times.

    Since joining CAF in 2011, Stuart has enjoyed developing relationships with charities, companies and intermediaries from across Scotland and north England, supporting them to achieve their financial and fundraising goals.

    Senior Client Relations Manager

    David has worked within the Financial and Third Sectors for 27 years. Professionally qualified, he has managed and developed Charity and Individual customer relationships. This has included managing successful teams as well as working in the Charity sector as a volunteer.

    With a focus on business development and client relationships, David draws on experience in Lending and Investments to build relationships with Charities and Intermediaries to assist charities and not-for-profit organisations to further their charitable objectives.

    Neil has worked within the financial and third sectors for 30 years. He is highly experienced in managing the financial affairs and forging strong relationships with High Net Worth individuals, together with Business and Commercial entities.

    With a primary focus on leading teams to develop business, Neil has taken his experience into the charitable sector and is currently Head of Charities. Building credible relationships is at the core of his working principles.

    Kelly has worked in the Banking sector for 27 years with the vast majority of this spent supporting and managing small/medium businesses and the charity sector. Kelly is part of the Lending team in CAF bank helping charities and not-for-profit organisations access Bank finance to help them achieve their aims.

    A former trustee, Joe has worked in the banking and charity sectors for over thirty years.

    Charlotte joined CAF in 2005 and moved into the Charities team just over 6 years ago.

    As a Client Relationship Executive, she supports and assists our Client Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers. Customer Service is at the heart of everything Charlotte does, and she feels proud to be helping charities with their needs.

    Ben has worked as a Client Relationship Manager at CAF since October 2015, providing support to a wide range of charities and not-for-profit organisations. He has helped his clients maximise the return they receive on cash surpluses, increase their income by looking at different methods of fundraising and has provided organisations with the finance required to invest in capital projects.

    Prior to joining CAF, Ben worked for a firm that designed and implemented the application and monitoring processes for grant-making organisations and has also previously worked in retail and commercial banking for 25 years (latterly working with local government and charities).

    Ben has worked in the charity sector for over eight years with CAF and previously with a small national health charity.

    His experience combines both commercial and third sector roles in business development, fundraising and stakeholder engagement.

    Sean is a Client Relations Manager supporting the borrowing requirements for many not-for-profit organisations including Housing Associations, Co-operatives and charities. Sean has been working within the charitable sector for the past 13 years.

    Head of Lending Business Development

    Richard leads CAF Bank’s Charity Lending team. He works with both charities and Housing Associations to provide appropriate lending; helping them to make a real difference for their beneficiaries.

    He is involved with the development of the CAF Bank lending proposition. As well as banking, Richard has worked in education finance and is a trustee of two charities.

    Neil has 35 years of experience in financial services, including over a decade managing and supporting portfolios of investments for charitable organisations.

    He is responsible for reviewing charity loan applications, and managing ongoing relationships with charities and non-for-profit organisations seeking financial support.

    Bethany Diprose

    Client Relationship Manager

    Bethany joined the team in 2017. She helps charities and not-for-profit organisations explore options for how to grow and remain resilient. These include fundraising tools, strategic consultancy services, loan financing, banking facilities, and savings and investments, designed specifically for charities.

    In her previous role, Bethany was part of CAF's Private Client team, supporting wealthy individuals to realise their philanthropic goals.
