Access fully funded apprenticeship training to develop your charity’s talent

During this year’s National Apprenticeship Week (5 - 11 February), CAF are pledging our levy funds to support charities to access fully funded apprenticeship programmes to develop their talent.

With over 600 apprenticeship programmes available covering a diverse range of sectors, including, environment, care, construction, business administration and, health. These programmes offer a myriad of opportunities to equip your workforce with the skills to help your charity succeed.

Especially relevant to charities is the new fundraiser apprenticeship programme offered by multi-award winning provider The Juice Academy. Delivered by leading industry experts, this apprenticeship provides an opportunity to upskill fundraising colleagues to deliver robust fundraising strategies that drive growth.

Apprenticeships are suitable for people of any age and at any level. You can hire someone new or upskill an existing employee, allowing you to grow talent and develop a motivated, skilled, and qualified workforce.

If your charity does not pay the apprenticeship levy, there are opportunities to secure 100% funding through pledged funds. You can apply for CAF’s pledged funds here and find a host of other levy-paying organisations pledging their funds on the apprenticeship levy pledge site.

For further information, please read the apprenticeship employer guides. You can also contact the National Apprenticeship helpdesk on 08000 150 400 or by email nationalhelpdesk@apprenticeships.gov.uk
