In this issue, we unveil three new and enhanced features to CAF Donate, developed as a result of your feedback.

Read on for the latest improvements to CAF Donate, which you can start using today (CAF Donate profile users can upgrade free of charge by simply logging in and following the instructions):

Stronger branding on your donation pages

  • Two logo size options – large (230 by 128 pixels, 250kB) to present your brand on donation web pages and small (45 by 45 pixels, 50kB) optimised for display on mobile devices

Improved look and feel

  • A cleaner and more attractive design to improve the appearance of your donation pages and widgets, which can be viewed across devices.
  • We’ve improved the accessibility of the donation pages for your donors by removing the option to adjust the colours of the ‘single’ and ‘regular’ payment tabs.
  • Your other brand and customisation settings remain unchanged. The new-look donation pages and widgets will be activated automatically.

Smoother processing of donations

  • Submit donations for processing received online, by post or over the phone, including Direct Debits, credit and debit card payments.
  • Two new guides to streamline submitting multiple Direct Debit amendments and new Direct Debits for processing. We’ve also created a template to help you record Direct Debit Instructions received offline.
  • A new facility to set up regular donations by Direct Debit with a start date up to 11 months from entering the details on CAF Donate.
