CAF Connects Summer 2015

Payroll Giving Quality Mark highlights

The Payroll Giving Quality Mark celebrates the achievements of employers that have adopted and successfully promoted Payroll Giving schemes in their workplaces; providing a benchmark of achievement, celebrating good practice and recognising employers who operate exceptional schemes.

Highlights from the 2015 Quality Marks:

  • There was a 10% increase on applications received in 2015
  • Bronze is still the most common award type achieved by organisations
  • Organisations with lower numbers of employees are racing ahead in terms of the level they are achieving – almost 90% of employers with less than 50 members of staff achieved a Gold or Platinum award
  • 86% of  organisations that entered both years have maintained or increased their award level in 2015 – and – amazingly, 95% maintained their Platinum level in 2015.
