Calling all music fans

Here's your chance to enjoy Glastonbury at home and support charitable causes. Find out what it’s all about.

What is Glasthomebury?

Glastonbury may be cancelled this year, but fans of the event have organised the first socially distanced lockdown festival. Music fans are being asked to recreate their own festival vibe at home, camp out in their garden, and raise money for charity!

Sound like fun? You'll find everything you need on the GlastHOMEbury website. You can even download bunting, wrist bands and other goodies to help get the party started.

When's it happening?

This year marks 50 years since Glastonbury began. So from Friday 26 until Sunday 28 June 2020, tune into the BBC to watch the 50th Birthday weekend to really get in to the festival spirit.

Which charities are being supported?

Organisers of GlastHOMEbury, have selected five charities to raise money for and money raised will be split equally. The charities are:

  • Mind
  • NHS Charities Together
  • NSPCC (including Childline)
  • Refuge
  • Trussell Trust

GlastHOMEbury is an independent event and in no way affiliated with the Glastonbury Festival.

I want to donate to Glasthomebury

As part of our mission to get money out to the charity sector, we’re delighted to manage the administration of the donated money from this fundraising event. To cover costs, a small fee of 0.8% will be deducted. This fee will not apply to donations made to the central fund through a CAF Account.
