How to manage your charity account online


Follow our guide on how to navigate around your online Charity Account.

Log in

Once you are registered you can log in at any time to manage your donations. On the CAF home page click ‘Log in’ and then the first ‘Log in’ button on the drop-down menu ‘CAF Account’. Then enter your username and password when prompted and hit Submit.

Account summary

Once you have logged in, you will see an ‘Account Summary’ page.

My account

Under ‘My Account’ you can see your account summary, view transactions and download statements.

My profile

Under 'My profile' you can update your contact details, order a new charity voucher book and complete your letter of wishes.

 

Maintain my profile

Manage donations

Under ‘Manage Donations’ you can make one off donations, maintain standing orders, and sponsor friends and family.
