Hopefield Animal Sanctuary has been rescuing abused, abandoned and neglected animals since 1983. The charity currently cares for over 300 animals including, horses, donkeys, pigs, cattle, reptiles, rabbits and small animals, cats, dogs and even exotic mammals. The charity has a non-destruction policy and ensures any animal taken in has a home for life. Hopefield predominantly works in Essex and East London, but does rescue animals from further-afield in East Anglia and the rest of the UK.
