Financial Ombudsman Service
The Financial Ombudsman Service has been set up by law to provide consumers with a free, independent service for resolving disputes with financial firms.
However the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) cannot deal with your case unless you have given CFSL the chance to put things right. Under normal circumstances, firms regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) have up to 56 days to deal with your complaint. You will usually then need to take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service no later than six months from the date on the letter giving you the final response.

Financial Services Compensation Scheme - investors
Investors in the CAF investment funds may be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) established under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. The FSCS can pay compensation to investors of a firm if it is unable to meet its financial obligations.
