Loans to develop life-changing homes

Our secured loans are designed for UK housing associations, charities and social purpose enterprises that have been running for at least three years.

With our financial support, social housing providers are helping more people to find an affordable home. Working with Almshouse charities, Community Land Trusts, Registered Providers and YMCAs, our focus is on helping you to deliver more impact from your property and financial assets.

Owned by UK charity, the Charities Aid Foundation, CAF Bank is dedicated to supporting organisations with a social purpose. That's why we're rated top UK bank for charity sector knowledge and commitment to CSR*.

Borrowing from us doesn’t just mean choosing a bank that shares your values and measures of success. It means teaming up with a lending partner that exists to help strengthen the resilience of the charity sector. Our friendly team of lending experts are on-hand to help with any questions you have.
