Johnny Moon

Chief of Staff & Head of Sustainability, CAF Bank

Johnny joined CAF Bank in January 2022 as Chief of Staff, supporting the CEO and wider Executive Team in the delivery of the Bank’s strategy and day-to-day operations. Since April 2024 he has taken on the additional role of Head of Sustainability, working with teams across the organisation to develop CAF Bank’s sustainability strategy and green finance proposition.  

Prior to joining CAF Bank, Johnny spent four and a half years with HSBC. Originally joining as a commercial banking graduate trainee, he then spent two and a half years in the Bank’s Real Estate Finance team in London, focusing on loan and capital market finance to hotel investors and developers. 

Off the clock: Away from work, Johnny is an exercise enthusiast having recently run his first marathon and plays rugby socially. He does his best to keep up his interest in non-fiction books and his subscription to 'The Economist', and regularly volunteers at his church in central London.
