Alla joined the CAF Bank Board in July 2025, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience across financial services, payments, and technology consulting. She is currently Global Head of Payments at Thoughtworks, where she leads the firm’s global payments strategy, value proposition, and ecosystem partnerships.
Prior to this, Alla led the UK Payments Consulting practice at EY, advising global banks, payment networks, fintechs, and infrastructure providers on strategy, modernisation, and transformation. She has also held senior leadership roles at Capco and Infosys, and began her career at American Express and Mastercard.
Alla is a recognised industry thought leader, contributing to the UK National Payments Vision and the Future of Payments Review, and is passionate about driving innovation, resilience, and inclusivity across the financial services ecosystem.
