Astrid chairs the Board Risk & Compliance Committee.

Astrid has held various Risk Management positions throughout her 30 years' executive career, including Chief Operating Officer for Commercial Banking Risk and Risk Director at Lloyds Banking Group; and Chief Credit Officer at Deutsche Bank. Astrid has also worked for CS First Boston, Credit Lyonnais and Moody's Investors Services.

She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committees of Danske Bank UK and HSBC Innovation Banking.

A French-Swedish national, Astrid holds a B.A. in International Business Administration from the American University in Paris and an M.A. in International Relations from the S.A.I.S. of John Hopkins University.
