Ursula Dolton

Non-Executive Director, CAF Bank

Ursula joined the CAF Bank Board in April 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience across both the charity and financial services sectors. Since January 2022, Ursula has led Technology Strategy Delivery at Lloyds Banking Group.

Prior to this, she worked at the British Heart Foundation (BHF), latterly as Chief Technology Officer where she was responsible for delivering BHF’s technology strategy in support of its charitable objectives. She led the charity’s IT and portfolio management office, the data and customer relationship management teams, and the digital products and delivery teams.

Previously, she led technology transformation at the University of East London and has held IT and technology leadership positions in the private sector, including at Cadbury, Citi Group and Jaguar Land Rover.
