Changes to viewing statements

We are working on service improvements to make your everyday banking tasks easier. 

This service update is to inform you of changes that we’re making to how you can view statements, and who will receive notifications when account statements are available to view.

 

What's changing?

  • Viewing statements online: You and your authorised online users will be able to view account statements when logged into our improved Online Banking service. You will no longer need to log in to a separate Statements system to view or download your statements.
  • Receiving statement notifications: As the account contact, only you will continue to receive notifications when new statements are available to view online. We will stop sending statement notifications by email to your other online users from 12 May 2025, when these changes are intended to take effect. 

Do you need to take any action?

Please inform your other online users who currently receive statement notifications that they will stop receiving them from 12 May 2025.
