Terms and Conditions Update

We previously informed you about some changes that we are making to our Terms and Conditions, which were intended to take effect from 10 March 2025.

We said that we would let you know if the date changes from when the updated Terms and Conditions are due to take effect. 

The update of the Terms and Conditions is now intended to take effect from 12 May 2025. Please be assured that there are no additional changes to our Terms and Conditions that we have not already informed you about.

Service withdrawal - Weekly statements by post

Following a review of customers’ statement preferences, we will cease issuing paper statements more frequently than monthly from 22 April 2025.

This is because there aren’t any CAF Bank customers who currently use this service. You will still be able to view statements online and receive monthly or quarterly statements by post, at no cost. We have updated our Tariff to reflect this change, which you can view here.

Whenever you wish to change your statement preferences, simply email us at cafbank@cafonline.org from your registered email address. Alternatively, call us on 03000 123 456 (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, except English bank holidays).

If you agree with our updated Terms and Conditions, you don’t need to take any action. However, if you don’t agree with the changes, you can close your account(s) by contacting us.
