What you need
To access online banking, you need a mobile phone and computer or tablet. For security reasons, make sure you are using the latest version of your internet browser. We recommend you use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Safari, for the best experience.
How to stay secure
When connecting to the internet, check that your firewall is enabled and that your operating system and anti-virus software are up to date. Visit our security centre for more advice on how to protect your account.
Where to find login details
You
will receive your CAF Bank username by email and a temporary password
by text message. Make sure you activate your online banking access
within 30 days of receiving your login details, after which the
