We want to help you get the most out of your interactions with us. Letting us know what we can do differently to make things easier, gives us the tools we need to help you. For example, you might need us to speak more slowly over the phone or it may be helpful for you to get letters with larger print. 

We’re committed to removing barriers for all organisations and any individuals who may need to interact with us on behalf of the organisation. So, if there’s something we can do that will make banking easier for you, please tell us. We’d love to hear your feedback on other services you might like us to introduce.

You only need to tell us once. We’ll put it on your individual record and keep it in mind whenever we interact with you. And if your circumstances change, we can easily update your information to remove or update your needs.

  • Send emails or letters instead of verbal communication

  • Speak louder, if possible  
  • My voice may sound different from what you expect
  • My speech may be affected, so kindly allow me time to respond
