Control who can log in and decide who can make payments

With CAF Bank online banking, you’re in charge. Here are some of the different levels you can set up for your team:

• Read-only – ideal if you’d like your accountant or bookkeeper to see your transactions without giving them full access.
• Create payments – this is handy if you’d like an administrator to arrange salary or supplier payments, but stop short of them sending the funds.
• Authorise payments – with this setting in place, every payment needs to be approved by at least one other person on your team. You can have up to two authorisers, to make payments extra-secure.

When you set up online banking, you’ll add the people from your team who need access. We then carry out a security check on everyone you’ve added. It’s just one other way we keep your funds secure.
