Start preparing for better banking

Better banking is on its way. We're improving our online banking service, so you can carry out more everyday banking tasks online - allowing you to focus on the important work that your organisation does.

Among the changes coming are Faster Payments that leave throughout each working day, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 4pm. What's more, you'll be able to view your account activity and statements in one place, on your very own dashboard.

Rest assured, we'll give you all the information you need, to help you get ready. Two weeks before we launch the online banking changes, we’ll confirm when this upgrade will happen. 

For now, there are three quick things you can do, to start preparing:

1. Watch our short video, for a preview of some of the online banking improvements you can expect.

2. In preparation for the improved service, please review your account users in online banking and remove any who are either inactive or no longer require online banking access - by 5pm, Wednesday 21 May 2025.

3. If the email address or mobile number you use for online banking changes, please let us know by calling us on 03000 123 456. 

 

Scams - spot the warning signs


Whenever you receive an unusual or suspicious looking message, it's probably an attempted scam. Don't click on any links or share any information, until you have confirmed that the message is genuine. Read our tips on spotting fake emails and websites.
